INTRODUCTION
General topic 1 (space): In recent years/ decades several
countries have invested a lot of money in space study. General topic 2 (earth): In the meantime,
human beings in the planet have to face/ encounter some serious problems. My opinion: From my point
of view, such budget should be better used for earth problems.
BODY
Point
of view 1: To begin with,
more funds should be invested in solving/ dealing with poverty. This is mainly because
thousands of poor children in many parts of the world especially in Africa die
yearly due to the lack
of food and millions of
others are in need of basic living things. This is the reason why we need/ ought to/ had
better offer financial support in order to improve/ enhance their quality of
life/ life conditions.
Point
of view 2: In addition to
this, medical also needs more investment. To make it clearer/ To be more detailed there are
many fatal/ incurable
diseases these days such as AIDS or cancer and so on. Studies have shown that
the number of victims is increasing at an alarming rate. For this reason/ This is the reason why more money
needs to be allocated in order to/ so as to find out treatments/ remedies for
saving people.
CONCLUSION
Confirm
your own ideas again (in another way): To put it in a nutshell, although it is believed that outer space
investment can give us more resources and living space in the future, it is
only the hope until now.
In the meantime, money ought
to be better to put in the real/ practical difficulties human beings face every day.

people suggest that class attendance should be optional instead of compulsory. Do you agree or disagree with this
